If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return , We are happy to provide a refund for full priced items exclude of shipping costs. within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will only process your refund once we receive the shipping tracking from you. you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

* Please note that while items qualifying for free exchange will be shipped to you at our expense, we are unable to cover the costs of inbound postage.


Please inspect your order contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us at with detailed photos and descriptions of the fault. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender. 


All Demonte garments are sold with a 3 month warranty, from the date of purchase. Claims for warranty must be made within this period. 


Exchanges Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
